After having a full-night's rest last night (8 hours, uninterrupted), I have decided something important.
I will not be going to bed late at all this week.
It's necessary for me to have 8 hours of sleep in order to function normally.
I'm making it my personal goal to get my stuff done prior to 10:00pm and get in bed by 10:15pm so I can be asleep no later than 10:45pm.
Here's to a good week due to good sleep! No more of this grogginess.
