I'm way behind on this post! Ellie is already over 7 months old, lol!
Basically, I have no "quality" 6 month photos of Ellie Jo. My big camera died a slow and painful death last month. It "takes pictures," but autofocus doesn't work, only AV and TV settings work, etc.
Needless to say, I've already purchased a huge Christmas present for our family - a new Canon Rebel T3i with a 18-55mm lens and a 75-300 lens. I did
not want to spend the money on it, but truthfully, I find value in recording Elizabeth's moments with a good camera. I preferred to buy a higher model, but was not interested in the higher price tag. Our new camera will suit us just fine! :)
Since she was 5 months old, Elizabeth has mastered how to scream. Not cry, not fuss; scream. She screams for
everything. I'm not quite sure how to curb it, because she's trying to express what she needs/ wants, and I don't necessarily want to stifle that too much! I'm trying to teach her how to communicate her needs to us, so for now, I'm trying to respond quietly to her.
She has made friends at KinderMusik, and she loves it so much that I'm considering signing her up for another semester of it! I'm so glad she got to do it, and it's great for her development. Also, she has a little BFF there, Emily (picture at the bottom). The girls love each other, and have started to smile at each other when they come in every week!
